UV DTF (Ultra Violet Direct to Film) is a crystal-clear transfer film that bonds permanently to glass, acrylic, leather, wood, and ceramic without lamination. The result is a slightly raised, fully waterproof label with edge-to-edge colour. Layang is the only UV DTF studio in Labuan.
For most F&B products at room temperature, BOPP gloss is standard — waterproof and sharp colour. For refrigerated products, PP vinyl with a freezer-grade adhesive is recommended. For premium glass bottles, UV DTF crystal film provides the best finish.
