How It Works

    Site Survey and Design Brief
    We visit your shopfront, measure the mounting surface, and take photos of the elevation. You describe what you want — or we show you material samples and options.

    Design Artwork and Proof
    Our designer produces a scaled rendering of your sign on your shopfront facade. You review and approve the layout, lettering, and material before we cut a single piece.

    Fabrication in Labuan
    Your letters and backing panels are fabricated by our team in our Labuan workshop. LED modules, internal wiring, and protective coating are applied before the sign leaves our floor.

    Installation by Our Crew
    Our installation crew fits the sign at your shopfront. All fixing, electrical connection for illuminated signs, and final alignment are handled by the same team who built it.

    Handover and Aftercare
    We walk you through the sign, explain any maintenance requirements (LED signs have virtually none), and confirm DBWP licence documentation before leaving.

How much does a 3D box-up sign cost? +

Cost depends on the material (stainless steel, aluminium, or acrylic), letter height, total length, and LED option. We provide a fully itemised quote with no hidden charges — WhatsApp us a photo of your shopfront and your logo and we will confirm.

Do I need a DBWP permit for my 3D signboard in Labuan? +

Signboards above a certain size or on certain building types require a DBWP permit from Labuan's local authority. We advise on this during your consultation and guide you through the process.

How long does fabrication take? +

Most 3D box-up signboards are fabricated and installed within 5–10 working days from deposit confirmation. Complex jobs may take longer — confirmed in your quote.

Do you handle the installation yourselves? +

Yes. Our own installation crew handles all 3D signboard installations in Labuan. No subcontracting.

What is the difference between front-lit and backlit letters? +

Front-lit letters have the LED light source inside the letter box shining forward through a translucent face. Backlit (halo-lit) letters have LEDs that shine backward against the wall, creating a glow effect around the letter silhouette. We can show you both effects in person.

Can I see an example of your work before committing? +

Yes. Walk in and we will show you photos and samples of previous installations. We will also do a site visit before producing any quote.
