Can I customise what is in the package? +

Yes. The packages are starting points. If you need a different combination — more banners, fewer stickers, a different signboard type — tell us and we will put together a custom quote.

How early before my opening should I contact Layang? +

The earlier the better, but most standard package items can be produced within 3–5 business days. If your opening is in a week, WhatsApp us today and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

Do I need to provide my own artwork? +

No. If you do not have print-ready files, our designer can prepare artwork from your logo and brand colours — included in the package.

What if my logo colours look different on the sign than on my phone? +

This is why we do the walk-in material approval step. You see the actual finish under real light before we print. If the colour is not right, we adjust before production.
